The 10mm eyepiece set is a Plossl eyepiece. Plossl eyepieces provide excellent image quality and good eye relief. Together with the moderately powerful 10mm focal length, the 10mm Plossl eyepiece is perfect for observing planetary and lunar objects such as Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, the Moon and so on. The 26mm is a wide angle eyepiece, giving a much wider field of view than normal eyepieces. Together with a longer focal length of 26mm, the 26mm wide angle eyepiece is perfect for observing DSO's Deep Sky Objects such as nebulas, galaxies and star clusters.
